Troubleshooting

Check your settings to ensure Camera is enabled for your browser on device:
<ol><li>On your iPhone/iPad open Settings.</li><li>Scroll down, and select Safari.</li><li>At the bottom, select Camera and set it to Allow.</li><li>Do the same for Microphone.</li></ol>

On your Android device, open the Chrome app.
<ol><li>To the right of the address bar, tap the three dots and then Settings.</li><li>Tap Site Settings.</li><li>Tap Microphone or Camera.</li><li>Tap to turn the microphone or camera on or off.</li><li>If you see app.weareoko.com under Blocked, tap app.weareoko.com and then Access your microphone and then Allow.</li></ol><a href="https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2693767?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">read more at google support</a>

Open Chrome.
<ol><li>At the top right, click the three dots and then Settings.</li><li>Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.</li><li>Click Camera or Microphone.</li><li>Review your blocked and allowed sites.</li><li>To allow app.weareoko.com that had been blocked: Under "Blocked," select app.weareoko.com and change the camera and microphone permission to "Allow."</li></ol>Note: If you're using a Chrome device at work or school, your network administrator can set camera and microphone settings for you. In that case, you can't change them here. Speak to your network administrator.

In Microsoft Edge, select Settings and more and then select Settings.

If the above doesn’t work then you may have to enable permissions for your browser.
<ol><li>Go to Start &gt; Settings &gt; Privacy &gt; Camera.</li><li>Choose your preferred setting for Allow apps to access your camera.</li><li>Under Choose which apps can access your camera, turn the individual settings for your browser app (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome etc.) On.</li></ol>

You will need to allow your camera permissions for Safari. 
<ol><li>To change these preferences, choose Safari &gt; Preferences, then click Websites.</li><li>Find the Camera setting and then choose: “Allow: The site can always use your camera” from the pop-up menu.</li></ol>Additional steps for a Mac
If the above still doesn’t fix the issue on a Mac the entire browser may have a different privacy setting.

If you have issues logging in try resetting your password.
<ol><li>Click Forgotten Password on the login page.</li><li>Enter your registered email address</li><li>If you don’t know your registered email address, either check which email address you are getting notification emails to, or contact support@weareoko.com </li><li>Click Send Password Reset Link</li><li>Check your email inbox for an email detailing how to reset your password.</li></ol>

Mentors can only add notes to the “current session”. You can tell which session you are on by looking at the next steps box on the Home screen, or the last highlighted session (red bar with no tick) on the Journey screen.
Please make sure you are on the current session to add notes.
